We appreciate your interest in Reflections Of Mr.E! We want to be upfront about our return policy so there are no surprises.

 

Refund Policy 

All products sold by Reflections Of Mr .E are custom-made, print-on-demand items created specifically for each customer. There is no localized store front, with stored Inventory.  Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Each item is custom-made, printed on demand, and shipped directly to you. As a print-on-demand business, we do not have the capacity to handle and manage returns of custom-printed items.

Defective or Damaged Items I do however believe sometimes - "Things Happen". If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Accuracy Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes once production has begun.
